Seating at Michigan Stadium
Michigan Stadium — known as The Big House — is the largest stadium in the United States, with an official capacity of 107,601 seats. The open-air bowl features lower bowl seating, upper bowl seating, 83 luxury suites, and 3,200 club seats added during the 2007–2010 renovation. Crowds have exceeded 115,000 with standing room, including a record-setting attendance of 115,109 for a Michigan vs. Notre Dame game in 2013.

Parking & Transportation at Michigan Stadium
Michigan Stadium is located at 1201 S Main Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104. The University of Michigan operates color-coded parking lots (Blue, Grey, Green, Red, and others) surrounding the stadium. Season parking permits are approximately $60 per game and must be purchased in advance. Early arrival is essential.

- U-M Golf Course Lot: A major game-day lot south of the stadium
- Tailgating: Permitted within assigned parking space (8'9" x 18')
- Rideshare: Uber and Lyft drop off and pick up near Gate 2 on Stadium Blvd at Crisler Center
- TheRide Shuttle: FootballRide shuttle on game days — 5 routes, $1.50 each way to Gate 2
- Amtrak: Ann Arbor station is about 1.5 miles from the stadium (Wolverine line)
Box Office Information
Tickets for Michigan Stadium events can be purchased online at mgoblue.com/tickets or in person at the Athletic Ticket Office located at 1000 S. State St., Ann Arbor, MI 48109. Online sales typically close 5 hours before an event begins.
